Relatives of deceased security man wanted by police

Tema, Jan. 28 GNA – The Tema Police have requested relatives of William Semenyo, a security officer who was knocked down by an unknown vehicle on the Tema Motorway Roundabout last Monday, January 24 to contact them for necessary action.

The body has been deposited at the Tema General Hospital mortuary. A release signed by the Public Relations Officer, Chief Inspector Yaw Nketia-Yeboah said before dying, Mr Semenyo gave his age as 20, lived at Lashibi and was a security officer of “Briggs” Security Company.

It said he was black in complexion, about five feet-four inches tall, wearing a khaki-like shirt with “Briggs” printed on the back over a black pair of trousers.

He was also wearing a “Briggs” tag around his neck.

The release asked the public to report any vehicle with suspicious dent marks to the police for action.
