Rejoinder- Ghanaian Radio Stations in London collect Bribes.
A recent publication on Ghana web and Modern Ghana .com suggests that radio stations and radio personalities in London are alleged to be collecting monies from political parties, which include the NDC UK Ireland Chapter.
The NDC UK & Ireland Chapter wishes to state that the allegations are false and under no circumstance will the Chapter engage in the payment of monies to radio stations and radio personalities to further our political agenda.
We, in the NDC UK & Ireland Chapter recognise the important role mass media, especially, radio stations in London play in providing the mechanism through which political parties can engage in healthy public debates and political engagements on the platform of facts in order to advance democracy in Ghana.
We, in the NDC UK & Ireland Chapter have not and do not intend to engage in any unacceptable practices in order to promote the NDC Government’s Better Ghana Agenda programme being successfully implemented by His Excellency President Evans Atta Mills Administration.
It is in this respect that we strongly condemn the attempt to associate the NDC UK & Ireland Chapter with these diabolic and unproven allegations.
