Reject the Pharisee-like NDC; Nana Addo urges

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo has also started his tour of parts of Central Region.

He was joined by some party stalwart including former President Kufuor in Mankessim to address party supporters.

He reiterated his commitment to free Senior High School if voted President in the December polls.

Nana Addo told his teeming supporters that his party is not going to wait till after 20 years to implement the free Senior High School education.

According to him, such an important policy must be implemented immediately so as to benefit the general public.

He called on the people to reject the NDC’s position on waiting to put up the needed infrastructure before the project commences, saying such a stance is similar to that taken by the biblical Pharisees who discourage people from doing the right things for the society.

He urged the people to join him in implementing the policy stressing that in 2013 “we are going to start the whole programme of free secondary high school education” in Ghana.
