Rehabilitation of Teleko Bokazo-Asasetre road to start next month

Nkroful (W/R), July 6, GNA- Rehabilitation of the six-kilometer Teleku Bokazo-Asasetre road that is in a deplorable condition would start early next month. Mr Bio Meikano, Ellembenle District Engineer of the Department of Roads, said this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency on Friday at Nkroful.

He said the project estimated to cost 10 million Ghana cedis had been awarded to Messrs Justmoh Construction Limited, currently tarring the Ebi-Awiebo road, which formed part of the Teleko-Bokazo-Awiebo-Ainiynase truck road.

Mr Meikano said the rehabilitation work was expected to be ended within nine months and appealed to people in the area to cooperate with the contractor to ensure its early completion. 6 July 08
