Rehabilitate Dadieso roads-Chief

Dadieso (W/R), Dec 14, GNA – Odeneho Brentum IV, Omanhene of Dadieso Traditional Area, has appealed to the government to rehabilitate and tar roads in the area to attract investors.

He made the appeal when Mr Anthony Evans Amoah, the Western Regional Minister and his deputy, Mr. Kwesi Blay, called on him at Dadieso during a two-day tour of the Aowin-Suaman and Wassa Amenfi West districts. Odeneho Brentum said dust on the road was disincentive to investors who have described it as “Powder of Dadieso”.

Odeneho Brentum also appealed to the government to upgrade the only clinic in the area into a polyclinic.

Mr. Steven Ackah, the Member of Parliament for Dadieso, spoke about the lack of infrastructure in Dadieso Senior Secondary School and said work on a 2.3 billion-cedi science and computer laboratory at the school had come to a standstill.

Mr. Amoah said Dadieso is to benefit from a water project that would take off by February next year.
