Tema, June 25, GNA – Nii Armah Ashietey, the Greater-Accra Regiona l Minister, has praised contractors working on Tema roads and said they wer e doing a good job. Accompanied by Nii Laryea Afotey-Agbo, Minister of State and Membe r of Parliament for Kpone-Katamanso and Mr Robert Kempes Papa Nii Ofosuware , Tema Metropolitan Chief Executive, the Regional Minister inspected work o n the Tema-Ashaiman-Zenu, Republic and Meridian roads. Nii Ashietey urged the contractors to complete the project on schedule. At the Republic Road Project site, they learnt that lack of water a nd electricity were the major challenge facing CORE Construction Limiter, th e construction firm executing the project. The Regional Minister and his entourage were taken round by Mr Step hen Attipoe, Tema Metro Roads Engineer. Earlier, they paid courtesy calls on two traditional rulers in the Metropolis, namely, Nii Adjei Kraku 11, the Tema Mantse, and Nii Tetteh O tu 11, Kpone Mantse.
