Refrain from love for money and position – Apostle Yaw Adu

The Founder and Leader of House of Prayer Chapel, Apostle Yaw Adu, has called on junior pastors in the country to be guided against the power of money, which has become the bane of the calling of God.

According to the man of God, many up and coming pastors could not fulfill their mission and calling because they are impregnated with money, as well as fighting for positions with their senior colleagues in the church.

He said this in Koforidua when the Titus Episcopal Bishop College and College of Trans-African Council of Clergy held a Consecration and Succession Service to elevate Reverend Michael Offei Birikorang, Founder and General Overseer of Living Lessons of Life Ministries Int., in Koforidua.

Archbisop Obeng Bonsu Elijah, Archbishop of the Titus Episcopal Bishop College and College of Trans-African Council of Clergy Worldwide, on his part, urged men of God to glorify God through deeds.

He expressed grave concern over how some unscrupulous individuals in the name of money “carried the cross of Christ,” and also condemned the so called men of God fighting for positions in their ministries.

Bishop Michael Offei Birikorang promised to ensure that members of the council continued to obey the tenets of the Bible to redeem the image of God
