Red Bullock Ghana provides employment to the youth

Red Bullock Ghana Limited (RBGL), a private training security company based at Amasaman, has recruited more than 300 youth in the area to train and employ to beef up its work force.

After the training, the youth would be deployed to governmental and non-governmental organisations across the country.

Mr Kwasi Sarkodie Frimpong, Manager of the RBGL, in an interview with Ghana News Agency, said the search of employment opportunities by many in the cities and urban centres, have proved to be futile.

He called on the youth to offer themselves for training as security personnel since the industry is one of the most vibrant employment sectors in the country.

Mr Frimpong said being security personnel is no mean a job and could make one earn a decent living.

He said the training would also offer the trainees the qualities of high level mental alertness and discipline.

He said RBGL is a human resource development centred organisation, which provides quality professional services.

Mr Frimpong said the RBGL is into a wide range of services including cleaning, manned security, access control and electronic security system, wireless alarm systems, tracking and surveillance systems, CCTV and electric fencing.

He said about 400 youth with various academic backgrounds have been trained and deployed to financial institutions, the mines, refineries, fuel depots, industries, shops and residential premises.

He urged the youth to refrain from vices such as alcoholism, smoking and promiscuity that would jeopardise their future.
