Accra, Aug. 19, GNA – President John Evans Atta Mills has requested ex-President Jerry John Rawlings to lead a Government delegation to the Republic of Congo Brazzaville to represent Ghana at the swearing in of Mr Denis Sassou-Nguesso, president-elect of the country. This was contained in a statement issued in Accra on Tuesday by Mr Mahama Ayariga, Presidential Spokesman.
