An envoy from President Denise Sasou-Nguesso of Congo Brazzaville on Thursday delivered a special message to President Jerry John Rawlings and held talks with the President. Foreign Ministry sources said the message and the talks centred on bilateral and multilateral issues. Among those present were Mr Victor Gbeho, Foreign Minister and some officials of the ministry.
