Rawlings Off To Tanzania

Former President, Flt Lt J.J. Rawlings left Accra Monday night for Daresalaam, Tanzania to attend a 3-day Short Residency program organized by the Universities of Daresalaam, Tanzania and Boston, USA.

The Short Residency is an annual program of Boston University’s African Presidential Archives & Research Centre(APARC) which provides an opportunity for democratically elected African Presidents who left office democratically to share their experience in leadership roles with various universities in Africa.

Flt Lt Rawlings is accompanied by Dr Tony Aidoo, a former deputy Minister of Defence and will be away for a week.
