RAP has evidence on Akufo-Addo’s days at Oxford

The Research and Advocacy Platform says it has received information from the Oxford University which confirms the NPP flagbearer attended the school.

The group last week held a press conference questioning why Nana Addo did not add the prestigious Oxford School to his CV.

In reaction, the spokesperson of Nana Addo, Abu Jinapor on an Accra based radio station denied that Nana Addo attended Oxford University.

At another press briefing on Monday, the convener of the group, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, said Nana Addo has not been fair to the people of Ghana by concealing the truth about his education.

Kwakye-Ofosu said the group’s motive was not to impugn the image of the NPP presidential candidate, but that the concealment of that information deprived Ghanaians of the opportunity to have as much information required shaping their opinions on those who seek to occupy such high offices of the land.

He said RAP had made some findings and was still seeking more information on the issue, adding that it was only fair to allow Nana Akufo Addo a certain time frame to disclose to Ghanaians why he left the Oxford University, otherwise the group would bare the facts on the issue.
