Put Ghana first – Agyinasare tells Politicians

The founder of Perez Chapel International, Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare, has called on political actors to always put the nation first in their endeavours.

He said the acrimony that characterizes electioneering should cease, saying such acts dent Ghana’s democratic credentials.

Bishop Agyin-Asare told Radio Ghana that the nation has come a long way, and has become the envy of many in the sub-region and beyond, it, therefore, behoves politicians to whip their supporters in line to conduct clean campaigns.

He expressed these sentiments to Radio Ghana at the annual thanksgiving of the SSNIT Christian fellowship in Accra.

The event which is held yearly is used to thank God for the previous year and chart a path for the years ahead.
