Purchasing clerk dies in a motor accident

Akwasiase (Ash), April 29, GNA – William Yeboah, a 42-year-old purchasing clerk of the Olam Cocoa Buying Company at Acherensua in the Asutifi district of Brong-Ahafo died instantly when the motorbike on which he was riding from Acherensua to Tepa collided with a 207 Benz bus at Akwasiase on Thursday.

Briefing newsmen on the incident, Police Inspector J.K. Borkor of the Mabang station, said Yeboah was heading towards Tepa from Acherensua when he had a headlong collision with the Benz bus, also heading from Tepa.

The body of the deceased, who is survived by a wife and four children, has been deposited at the Tepa district hospital morgue, while the driver of the Benz bus who escaped unhurt is on the run. 29 April 06
