PTA presents computers and accessories to school

Kumasi, Nov. 17, GNA – The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the Oasis Christian Academy at Ahodwo in Kumasi on Wednesday presented three computers with a printer and a photocopier machine, all valued at 26.5 million cedis to the school.

Dr Ken Aboah, Chairman of the Association, said it was the Association’s contribution towards the expansion of teaching and learning materials at the school.

“The world has now entered the age of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and we cannot do without computer literacy”. Dr Aboah advised the school to handle the items with care to enable them last and serve the intended purpose.

The Reverend Dr (Mrs) Christiana Darko, Director of the school, expressed appreciation to the PTA for the donation.
