Ho, Dec. 2, GNA – The Progressive Transport Owners Association (PROTOA) on Wednesday said it was poised to raise the profile of commercial transport operators as important actors on the national economic setting.
Mr Ben Katsekpor, Volta Regional PROTOA Chairman made this known when he spoke at an end of year executive meeting of the Regional branch of the Association in Ho.
The meeting was convened only minutes after the Association picked up the first prize as best managed commercial road transport union for 2011.
