Prophetess struck dead by thunder at Assin Fosu

The Assin Fosu township in the Central Region has been thrown into a state of shock following the tragic death of a popular prophetess in the area.

The spiritual leader of the International Christian Bible Church, Prophetess Ewura Esi Amanda popularly known as Prophetess Amanda was struck dead by thunder right in front of her house in the late hours of Sunday when the rains set in in the township.

The woman of God who operates a provision shop in front her house was packing her wares into the shop when she got struck by thunder.

Prophetess Amanda who was conspicuously missing from Sunday service deciding to attend to her business was found unconscious on the ground forcing onlookers to take her to the St. Francis Xavier Hospital where she was declared dead on arrival.

Her body has since being deposited at the hospital morgue.

The prophetess who is in her late 30’s is survived by three children.

The deceased is described by many in the area are loving, caring, a respectful lady who doesn’t shy from advising the youth.
