Professor Mills sends message to Muslims

The presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. John Atta Mills on Monday sent a message of goodwill to Muslims on the occasion of the Eid-Ul-Adha, which falls on Tuesday.

In a statement signed by Mr Rojo Mettle Nunoo, Communications Director of the Office of the NDC Flagbearer, Prof. Mills said Eid -Ul-Adha is one of the two national holidays that were introduced during the NDC era.

“It is an occasion for all Ghanaians irrespective of their religion to work together for greater national harmony and peace.

“On behalf of the NDC, we ask our Muslim brothers an sisters to continue to pray for peace throughout Ghana.”
