Princess Anne begins two-day visit with wreath laying ceremony

Princess Anne, daughter of the Queen of England, has laid a wreath at the Christianburg War Cemetery at Osu, Accra as she begins her two-day visit to Ghana.

Princess Anne is the sponsor of the Varkey Foundation’s Making Ghanaian Girls Great, Ghana’s first interactive distance-learning project.

The Princess will be engaged in a live interactive session with some of the school children who are beneficiaries of the programme.

She was at the British Council Hall in Accra last Tuesday.

She has already been to the Flagstaff House to interact with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
