President John Dramani Mahama has nominated 10 more people as Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs), in accordance with Article 243(1) of the 1992 Constitution and Section 20(1) of the Local Government Act 1993, Act 462.
A statement issued by the Office of the President and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Thursday said the nominees are Peter Awuranyi, Krachi East, Jacob Alebinde Asogounde, Kadjebi, Martin Kudor, Nkwanta North, Samuel Kwadzo Wuadi, Akatsi South and Samuel Eworyi, South Tongu.
The rest are Alhaji Alhassan Fuseini, Gushegu, Gifty Emefa Sika Nartey, Adenta, Alhaji Shadrach Nartey, Ningo Prampram, Kumi Frank, Dormaa East and Nti Ateware Daniel, Jaman North.
