Prez Kufuor To Explain Why He Left PNDC

President Kufuor will speak on a wide range of issues in response to questions fired at him by Gabby Otchere – Darko, CEO of the “Statesman” newspaper, on Gabby’s Airtime, a new GTV Show to be premiered tonight at 9.00 p.m.

President Kufuor, for the first time, explains why he once joined the military government of the Provisional National Defence Council, (PNDC), led by Flt. Lt. Jerry Rawlings who was the Council’s chairman, and why he hurriedly resigned as PNDC Secretary for Local Government in 1982.

In the two-part interview, the President also speaks of his cold relationship with the former President and if there is ever any chance of a friendly relationship being restored between them.
