President returns from Burkina Faso

Accra, Sept.8, GNA – President John Agyekum Kufuor this evening returned

to Accra from Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, where he attended the Extra-Ordinary Summit of the African Union on Employment and Poverty Alleviation.

He was accompanied by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Minister of Foreign Affairs and some senior officials of the Presidency. At the airport to meet him were the Vice President Aliu Mahama and some government officials.
