President Nujoma arrives in Accra today

Dr. Sam Nujoma, President of Namibia will arrive in Accra on Friday, June 25, 2004 for a three-day state visit. A statement signed by Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, Presidential Spokesman said the visit is at the invitation of President John Agyekum Kufuor.

The Namibian leader who would be accompanied senior members of his government would hold bilateral talks on political, economic and other issues of mutual concern with their Ghanaian counterparts. President Kufuor would host a State Banquet in honour of Dr Nujoma who would visit the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and other places of historical significance.
