President John Agyekum Kufuor on Monday nominated Mr. Ketiboa Kesie-Kabnlah Blay as District Chief Executive of the Jomoro District in the Western Region.
He, however, needs approval by the assembly.
A statement issued in Accra and signed by Mr Kwadwo Baah-Wiredu, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, said the nomination is in accordance with Article 243(1) of the 1992 constitution.
