President Mills has done a lot for Ada – DCE

Ada-Foah (G/A), May 31, GNA – The people of Ada have seen massive infrastructural development in the first two years of President Mills-led National Democratic Congress (NDC) Government, Dangme East District Chief Executive (DCE) has said.

Mr Rex David Wussah, the DCE, said for that reason, the chiefs and people of Ada Traditional Area, were earnestly preparing to give President John Evans Atta Mills a historic welcome to the area as part of his nationwide tour.

The DCE, who announced this when he addressed a gathering after a cleanup exercise at Ada-Foah on Monday said: 93Euphoric, heroic and historic welcome awaits President Mills.” Mr Wussah mentioned some of the infrastructural developments as the Ada Sea Defence project to protect the Songhor Lagoon from destruction, the Ada Technical Institute project, rural electrification projects among many other projects. The DCE said the people would give the President a befitting welcome to encourage him to continue with his good works for the benefit of all Ghanaians, adding that the time for the President’s visit was yet to be announced.
