President Mahama Donates $100,000 to Kotoko and Gold Stars Ahead of African Campaigns

President John Dramani Mahama has thrown his support behind Ghanaian clubs Asante Kotoko and Bibiani Gold Stars with a generous $50,000 donation each as they prepare for their continental campaigns.

The gesture comes at a crucial time for both clubs as they gear up for the CAF Confederation Cup and CAF Champions League respectively.

President Mahama, a long-time admirer of Ghanaian football, said his contribution was aimed at motivating the teams to represent Ghana with pride and determination on the African stage.
