His Excellency Mr. Annan Arkyin Cato, Ghana’s High Commissioner to the UK cordially invites all Ghanaian residents in the UK to participate in the state ceremonial parade which would be held at “The Mall” (the ceremonial street leading to the Buckingham Palace) at 10.00am on Tuesday March 13, 2007 from where President Kufuor and the Queen will ride to the Buckingham Palace for the start of the State visit.
