Former President John Agyekum Kufuor, is expected to address the 2nd Liberty Lecture under the auspices of the Danquah Institute.
In a statement released on Sunday, the Danquah Institute said the lecture will be on the theme: “Development in Freedom: Empowering the People to Develop the Nation”.
The programme which will be held at the Accra International Conference Centre on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 6PM will be chaired by Madam Ama Busia.
The pro-New Patriotic Party think-tank organises the lecture in memory of the Dr. J.B. Danquah and Dr. Abrefa Busia who are the founding fathers of the UP tradition.**
