President Kabbah arrives in Accra for Adae Kese

Accra, May 7, GNA – President Ahmed Tejan-Kabbah of Sierra Leone arrived in Accra on Friday evening to participate in the Asanteman Adae kese festival in Kumasi on Sunday.

Mr Akwasi Osei Adjei, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, met President Kabbah on arrival.

President Tejan-Kabbah took the national salute and inspected a guard of honour mounted by a detachment from the Ghana Air Force under the command of Squadron Leader Elvis King Anerson.

The festival also marks the fifth anniversary celebration of the coronation of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene as the 16th occupant of the Golden Stool.
