After seven months in office, the President will today hold a meet the Press encounter at the Flagstaff House.
The encounter will be such that the media will have the opportunity to grill the President and ask him questions pertaining to his stay in office so far.
The President is expected to be asked questions pertaining to vigilantism, galamsey, appointments and flagship policies such as the Free SHS which is scheduled to commence next academic year, the appointment of the special prosecutor, one district one factor, and targets he set for his government’s first 6months in office during the campaign season.
This is not the first time the presidency has invited media to the FlagStaff House to meet the president, however, this is the first time President Akufo-Addo’s government is having such an encounter.
