Presbyterian University College acquires two buses

The Presbyterian University College (PUCG) has acquired two new Toyota Coaster buses to enhance its transportation system for staff and students.

The PUCG, the only private University with five campuses across the country, acquired the buses from Toyota Ghana, through an Ecobank facility.

Rev. Professor Emmanuel Adow Obeng, President of the University, dedicating the vehicles at the Okwahu Campus at Abetifi, said the spread of the campuses of the University makes transportation a challenge, hence the acquisition of the buses.

He hinted that more of such vehicles would be added to ensure smooth transportation for staff and students of the University.

The PUCG, currently runs programmes in B.Sc Nursing, Physician/Medical Assistantship, Agribusiness, Environmental/Natural Resources Management, Business Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, ICT, and B.A in Rural and Community Development at its Akropong-Akuapem, Agogo, Kumasi and Okwahu campuses.

The Tema campus runs certificate programmes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Port and Shipping Management, Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching, Strategic Leadership, and Adolescent Health and Development.
