Police searches man accused of driver’s murder

The Kade Police are looking for one John Nartey for allegedly stabbing Obed Nyamekye, a driver, to death, near the Kade Market last Thursday.

Nyamekye was pronounced dead on arrival at the Kade Government Hospital.

According to the Kade District Police Commander, Assistant Superintendent of Police(ASP) Kwame Adarkwa, every effort was being made to capture Nartey, who was said to have fled the scene immediately after stabbing Nyamekye.

In another development, eye witnesses told the GNA at Kade that, two co-tenants in a house, quarreled over the sharing of electricity bill, are on admission after sustaining serious injuries .

One is on admission at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, whiles the other is recuperating at the St Dominic Hospital at Akwatia, near Kade.
