Police quiz chief…Over rural bank’s 66 million cedis

Nana Ababio Yaw Antoh, Apagyahene of Badu traditional area and Presiding member of the Wenchi District Assembly, is assisting the Sunyani Police in their investigations into the alleged embezzlement of over 66 million cedis belonging to the Baduman Rural Bank in the Brong Ahafo Region.

The chief, also known as Augustine Yaw Antoh, was until April, this year, the manager of the bank. He is also alleged to have granted himself unauthorised loans totalling several millions of cedis.
