Police officer installed Paramount Chief of Sankore

Nana Appiah Kubi IV, Paramount Chief of Sankore Traditional Area, has pledged to ensure peace prevailed in the area to ensure accelerated development.

“I pledge to be a good servant and endeavour to promote peace, harmony and development in the traditional area,” he assured. Nana Kubi made the pledge during his swearing-in at Sankore in the Asunafo South District of Brong-Ahafo Region.

He is known in private life as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Martin Gyabeng Manu, 45, and based in Accra.

Nana Kubi expressed gratitude to Nana Ampomah Komaa, Queenmother of Sankore, and the people for the trust and confidence reposed in him.

Nana Tabiri Gyansah II, Krontihene of Sankore Traditional Area, who swore in Nana Kubi, urged him to use his rich experience in security to unite the people for accelerated socio-economic development.
