Police look for missing National Service Person

Mr Evans Kwame Okae Donkor, 27, a National Service person, has reportedly gone missing while on excursion to Keta during the recent Easter festivities .

He is feared drowned in the sea but the police are still investigating.

A police source told the GNA that Warrant Officer Class One Mawuena Balo, allegedly brought 23 people of a gym in Ho including Donkor for the Easter Monday holiday in Keta.

The source said the group joined other holiday makers at Tegbi-Kpota beach for fun activities that day; Donkor and one of his colleagues were said to have entered the sea but that colleague was temporarily blinded by sand only to realize on gaining his sight that Donkor was nowhere to be found.

He said the colleague went looking for Donkor among other colleagues but could not find him.

The source said an announcement was made with a promise to reward anybody who could help trace Donkor.**
