Police impound vehicle with ‘stolen’ sheep and goats

A Nissan Pathfinder with registration number GR 5534 Z carrying the livestock (sheep and goats) has been impounded by the Kibi Police Command.

The vehicle which was heading towards an unknown destination upon reaching Adadietam developed fault.

However, the driver, together with others, having tried in vain to repair the vehicle and sensing danger abandoned their booty and run away.

After several hours of neglect, residents of the area raised alarmed and invited the Police to the scene to inspect the vehicle.

The Police suspecting foul play, immediately impounded the vehicle and towed to their station with the livestock on-board.

Thirteen of the livestock, Kasapafmonline.com learnt, are dead remaining twelve in the vehicle.

The Police have since confirmed the incident.
