Police Hunt For Clerk

Accra, August 4, – The Police today appealed to the public to help in the arrest of Mr David Boakye-Yiadom, a 33 year-old former accounts officer of the Ahafo Ano District Assembly for an alleged embezzlement of state funds. Mr Boakye-Yiadom is alleged to have embezzled several million cedis belonging to the Assembly and has since vacated his post. The statement urged the public to offer any assistance that will lead to the arrest of the suspect who hails from Dwinyma in the Ashanti Region.
