Police Hospital to close partially

The Police Hospital has announced the temporary closure of the Accident and Emergency Ward as well as the Out Patients Department from Friday, May 22 to Monday, May 25.

The hospital would be fully opened to the public on Monday, May 25, a statement by the hospital’s administration issued Thursday said.

The closure is to enable the hospital undertake a periodic renovation works, according to the statement.

Meanwhile, the hospital has assured the public of arrangements to ensure that patients are attended to and where necessary, referred to other medical facilities for attention.

“We wish to reiterate that the hospital would be fully opened to the public on Monday, 25th May, 2015,” the hospital said and apologized for any inconvenience caused.
