Police Church gets new Chaplain-General

Accra, Dec 04, GNA – The Very Reverend Frank D. Twum-Baah has been appointed the new Chaplain-General of the Ghana Police Church to replace the Very Reverend B.D. Quansah, who retired from the Police Service earlier this year.

Until his appointed Very Rev Twum-Baah was the Superintendent Minister of the Santasi Circuit of the Kumasi Diocese of the Methodist Church.

Rev Twum-Baah was ordained 14 years ago and has worked in the Elmina Circuit of the Church as a Pastor. He was also an Associate Pastor at the Trinity United Church at Legon; Pastor at the Saint George’s (Interdenominational) Church in Kumasi and Superintendent Minister of the Bohyen Circuit of the Kumasi Diocese.

Very Rev. Twum-Baah is married to Mary with whom he has three daughters – Maa Nyarkoah Twum-Baah, Nana Gyanwa Twum-Baah and Maame Akua Twum-Baah.
