The Peoples National Convention (PNC) has postponed again its 7th National Delegates’ Congress from November 27 to December 11-13.
The venue however remains unchanged, Wa in the Upper West Region.
A statement issued in Accra by Mr Benard Mornah, PNC General Secretary and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra stated.
