PNC re-elects Mr Apasera as candidate for Bolgatanga

Bolgatanga, Sept 14, GNA – The People’s National Convention (PNC), has re-elected Mr David Apasera, by popular acclamation, as the Member of Parliament (MP), for Bolgatanga for Election 2004. The MP was the sole candidate at the close of nominations.

The Constituency Youth Organiser, Mr Iddrisu Azure called on the delegates’ to work hard to ensure electoral victory of the Party in the General Election. He urged Ghanaians to vote for the PNC as the alternative Party to the ruling New Patriotic Party and the main opposition party, the National Democratic Congress. ” It is time to give the PNC the chance to prove its worth”, he said.

The Regional Chairman of the Party, Mr Baba Mohammed said the PNC, was a peaceful and honest party and urged supporters to prove wrong sceptics who say that without funds, the Party could not win the forthcoming elections.
