PLAYBACK: ‘Gloria Akuffo appears before Appointments Committee of Parliament’

Attorney-General and Justice Minister-designate today appeared before the Appointments Committee of Parliament chaired by First Deputy Speaker, Joseph Osei-Owusu for vetting.

This follows the vetting of four other ministerial nominees on Friday, January 20th by the Appointments Committee.

Senior Minister-designate, Yaw Osafo-Maafo; Minister-designate for National Security, Albert Kan Dapaah; Minister-designate for Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta and Minister-designate for Defence, Dominic Nitiwul took turns before the committee for questioning on their various portfolios.

Minister designate for the Interior, Ambrose Dery also took his turn earlier this morning.
