Photos: Madam Theodosia Okoh laid to rest

Madam Theodosia Salome Okoh, designer of the Ghana National Flag has been laid to rest today, May 28, 2015 in Accra.

Though the rains had started in the morning, the ceremony went on smoothly with no hitches as Ghanaians said good bye to a patriotic daughter of the land.

The final funeral rites of the late designer of the Ghana flag had in attendance very prominent people in Ghana including President John Dramani Mahama, Ex – President Jerry John Rawlings, Mayor of Accra Alfred Oko Vanderpuije, Former Finance Minister Kwabena Duffuor, Speaker of Parliament Edward Doe Adjaho among others.

Madam Okoh died at age 92.
