Jasikan (V/R), July 6, GNA – Pensioners in the Jasikan District have hailed the Presidential Commission on Pension Scheme for public servants.
The pensioners, who were speaking at a reception marking the 44th anniversary of Republic Day, at Jasikan described the Scheme as very good initiative.
Mr Solomon Donkor, District Chief Executive, appealed to the Senior Citizens to lay their rich experiences at the disposal of the District Assembly to bring about stability and progress. He, however, warned people in the area who engage in writing anonymous letters to desist from the anti-social act. 06 July 04
