According to the OSP’s letter dated July 25, 2025, Adom-Otchere is identified as a suspect in the investigation.
He has been asked to present himself at the OSP’s office on Thursday, July 31, 2025, however his lawyers have requested a new date, August 4, due to prior court commitments in Kumasi.
Adom-Otchere expressed surprise at being targeted by the investigation, questioning why he, as former Board Chairman, is being singled out when management team members and the managing director are available.
However, he has confirmed receiving the invitation letter and is expected to cooperate with the OSP’s investigation.
