Nkawkaw, Jan. 16, GNA – The Eastern Regional Vice-Chairman of Convention People’s Party (CPP), Mr Kwaku Osei-Ameyaw, has commended the patrons of the party for their selflessness and contributions towards the enhancement of the image of the party.
He said the patrons of the CPP had contributed to open new offices in the constituencies, rehabilitated the old ones, paid the rent and other bills as well as painting the offices in the party’s colours. Mr Osei-Ameyaw, who is also the Nkawkaw Constituency Chairman of the party, was speaking to the Ghana News Agency in an interview at Nkawkaw on Monday.
He said with the assistance of the patrons, the party is firmly on the ground in most of the constituencies.
Mr Osei-Ameyaw urged supporters to co-operate with the patrons for them to organize for the party to win more seats in Election 2008.
