Pastor urges Ghanaians to observe environmental cleanliness

Prophet Prince Kofi Okyere, President of Faith Anointing International Ministry, has called on Ghanaians to observe environmental cleanliness to ensure good health at all times.

He said at the time of the cholera outbreak which had claimed many lives, there was the need for Ghanaians to keep their environments.

Prophet Okyere made the call at a special church service at Pantang-Abokobi near Madina in the Greater Accra Region on Saturday.

He said for Ghanaians to get rid of the disease, there was also the need for them to go on their knees and pray to the Lord God Almighty and seek His favour and also clean their surroundings at all times and change their mentality.

“How do you fight cholera when you are throwing garbage and faeces into the gutters,” he said.

“If such attitude were not changed, Prophet Okyere said, the disease would continue to claim many lives.

He appealed to the National Road Safety Commission to intensify its education on road safety to ensure that accidents were minimised during the Christmas festivities.

Prophet Okyere made a passionate appeal to Christians to shake hands in church since avoidance of handshake did not portray love.
