Pastor institutes scholarship scheme for church members

Accra, April 18, GNA – The Rev. Ishmael Anum-Sai, Chairman of the Calvary Apostolic Revival Church, has instituted a scholarship package for some basic school students in his church.

He said this formed part of his 50th birthday celebration. A student from a Junior High School, Edna Quarshie, is to enjoy a full scholarship at the senior high level through to the University and will also be supported by free extra classes. Richmond Kodjo Amoako is also to undergo a-four-year intensive training in auto mechanics. Rev. Anum-Sai said final year Junior High School students in the church would enjoy free extra classes to prepare them well for their final examination.

Seventy-year-old Madam Florence Tagoe was presented with a table top refrigerator for her Zeal, consistency and dedication to the church.
