The source said the victim, accompanied her mother to the Prayer Camp in October last year and had since been attending all-night services, fasting and prayer programmes organised at the camp.

It said sometime later, Pastor Akonnor gave the victim a Bible and lantern to be sent to his house after a night service, but when she reached the room, Pastor Akonnor entered and defiled her. The source said Pastor Akonnor defiled her on five consecutive times after night prayer meetings.

It said Assistant Pastor Mensah took over in defiling the victim when Pastor Akonnor travelled and sometimes on their way home after service, Pastor Mensah defiled her on the bare ground.

The source said when the victim realized that she was pregnant, she told Pastor Mensah who gave her some medicine to abort the pregnancy.
