Assin (Central Region), 23 April, Mr. Abraham Fokuoh district chief executive of Assin has called on parents to provide the necessary learning materials to enhance teaching and learning of their wards. He said the free compulsory and universal education (fcube) is a constitutional requirement to provide good quality education to all children in Ghana.
